Approval of minutes from the 9/27/11 meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Directors report.
Old Business:
- Update progress of electrical install at the RRAC by NU, and the recent site walk Teri Gareau attended for review of the irrigation well pump system.
- Discuss maintenance of the walking path at the RRAC which was compromised by the heavy rain.
- Review the “travel team” requests for basketball, and discuss its impact on the recreational program.
- Update the requests by EO Smith seniors in regards to their projects presented in General Discussion last meeting.
New Business
- Review the upcoming basketball season for Recreation, and any other Fall/Winter sports and events.
- Teri Gareau will provide the final description for all signage at the RRAC.
